Hosted by 83-year-old Nonna Mary, her daughter Debra, and local guest chef Kristine Schneider, this gathering blends old-world Sicilian cooking with approachable modern techniques in a warm, welcoming atmosphere. More than a cooking class, it feels like sharing an intimate seaside meal with family.

Together, you'll learn to prepare beloved Sicilian dishes from scratch—including baked clams oreganata, linguine alle vongole, mussels marinara, and handmade pasta—while discovering the stories, history, and cultural traditions behind each recipe. Along the way, you'll be invited to connect, laugh, and experience the simple joy of cooking and sharing a meal together.
