We’re honored to welcome you into our kitchen and share a thoughtfully curated, hands-on culinary experience. The following Terms & Conditions are designed to ensure a seamless, enjoyable, and safe experience for all guests.
By reserving a class, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Reservations & Payment
All class reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking to secure your seat. Due to the intimate nature of our classes, we are unable to hold spaces without confirmed payment.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
All reservations are final and non-refundable. Each class is carefully planned and provisioned using fresh, seasonal, locally sourced ingredients purchased specifically for confirmed guests. As such, we are unable to accommodate cancellations, refunds, or missed attendance.
Rescheduling
We understand that plans may occasionally change. While not guaranteed, we may offer a one-time rescheduling request with at least 4 days’ notice, subject to availability and at our discretion.
Arrival & Participation
We kindly ask that guests arrive on time to fully enjoy the experience. Late arrivals may miss portions of the class and the meal, and we are unable to extend class time.
All guests are expected to follow the guidance of the instructor and practice care when using kitchen tools and equipment.
Dietary Restrictions & Allergies
Please inform us of any dietary restrictions or allergies prior to booking. While we do our best to accommodate, adjustments cannot be guaranteed, as our courses are based on seasonality and planned in advance.
Our kitchen handles a variety of ingredients, and we cannot ensure an allergen-free environment.
Health, Safety & Liability
Participation in a hands-on cooking class involves the use of knives, heat, and kitchen equipment. By attending, you acknowledge and accept these inherent risks and agree to follow all instructions for your safety and the safety of others.
You attend at your own risk. CaLisi Cucina Rustica and its staff are not responsible or liable for any injuries, accidents, or loss/damage of personal belongings before, during, or after the class. By participating, you fully release and waive any claims against CaLisi Cucina Rustica and its staff.
Alcohol Policy
Guests must be 21 years of age or older to consume alcohol. We encourage responsible enjoyment to ensure a pleasant experience for all. No outside alcohol is permitted.
Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service or remove any guest whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or impairs the experience of others.
Class Changes or Cancellations
In the rare event that we need to cancel or reschedule a class due to unforeseen circumstances, guests will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
Photography & Media
We may occasionally capture photos or video during classes to share the experience. By attending, you grant permission for your image to be used for promotional purposes. If you prefer not to be photographed, please let us know upon arrival.
Personal Belongings
We kindly ask that guests keep track of personal items. We are not responsible for lost or misplaced belongings.
Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are non-refundable and must be used prior to any stated expiration date.
Agreement
By booking and attending a class, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
